Education and Design in Learning Technology Degree Programs

Undergraduate Program
Currently, there is one core class for undergraduates pursuing a teaching degree, EDLT 368 Integrating Technology with Teaching. But stay tuned for new undergraduate courses coming soon.  Undergraduate students are advised by NMSU’s Center for Academic Advising and Student Support located in Garcia Annex. Graduate Certificate Program (OTL)
The Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching and Learning (OTL) is for professionals in business, government, education, or other settings who want to develop their knowledge and skills in online teaching and learning. The five courses in this program have been Quality Matters Recognized. Email Julia Parra (juparra@nmsu.edu) to notify of your interest in the program and receive the details for application. Please note that there are limited spots for 2019/2020. 

Graduate Certificate Program (EDLT)

Master’s Program
The Master of Arts in Education with a Concentration in Education and Design in Learning Technology is 30 credits, 100% online, and designed for educators who are already licensed K12 teachers, work in higher education, or who wish to be e-developers in a variety of contexts. This program prepares educators for 21st century teaching and learning in blended and fully online environments. The program covers integrating best practices in curriculum and instruction, culturally responsive teaching, learning/educational technology, online pedagogy, and curriculum development for blended and online delivery using emerging technologies.
