Jennifer M. Haan, Ph.D. is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the School of Teacher Preparation, Administration, and Leadership (TPAL) at NMSU. She has held various administrative positions in K-12 in California, New Mexico and Texas, including school site administrator and central office administrator. The focus of her research is social justice leadership as related to the experiences of students of color in the K-12 public education system. Another research focus is addressing the ways in which educational leaders address equity of education for English Learners.
