Biography

Dr. Antoinette Howard is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the School of Teacher Preparation, Administration, and Leadership (TPAL) at New Mexico State University. She received her Ed.D in Educational Leadership and Administration from New Mexico State University, her M.Ed in Educational Diagnostician from the University of Texas at El Paso, and her B.A. in Speech Pathology from Grambling State University. She has served in various positions within the education field that include elementary/middle school teacher, educational diagnostician, high school administrator, central office administrator, and college assistant professor. Her research interests include culturally relevant school leadership, diversity in PK-12 school leadership, and equitable access to STEM programs for students with marginalized identities.
