| Academic Program Transition from Face-to-face to Distance Education Request | Departmental/College request for a currently existing academic program to transition from a face-to-face instruction to a distance education instruction. |
| Academic Schedule Modification Request | Request for NMSU main campus college or department representatives to add, drop, or change courses. |
| Course Action Form | A system for faculty/staff to submit changes to existing courses, add new courses and delete old courses for the entire NMSU System. Users must have access in the system in order to submit CAFs but all faculty/staff have view access. To gain access contact the Catalog Editor within the Registrar’s Office. |
