Dr. Stacey Duncan currently serves as the Interim Director for Elementary Education in the Teacher Education Program and brings more than twenty years of experience serving students throughout the Southwest Borderlands.
Her teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that education is a fundamentally human and relational endeavor. Dr. Duncan’s teaching and research interests include language and culture, communication studies, critical media literacy, humanism, and wholistic education.
She is passionate about deep dialogue, transforming consciousness through education, and radical reflection.
