Biography

Dr. Parra’s areas of specialization include Learning Design, Technology, & Innovation; Intersections of Technology, Pedagogy, and Content Knowledge (TPACK); Online/Blended/HyFlex Teaching & Learning; Emerging Technologies; and Critical and Culturally Responsive Teaching with Technology.

Dr. Parra is core faculty for Learning Design & Technology programs, wherein the current focus is on supporting educators who want to design for and teach online courses.
