Dr. Pamela Gray is an Assistant Professor at New Mexico State University in the School of Teacher Preparation, Administration and Leadership. She received her Ed.D in Educational Leadership from The University of Texas at San Antonio, her M.Ed. in Educational Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and her B.S. in Elementary Education from Texas Tech. Her research focuses on K-12 culturally responsive school leadership; women in school leadership, restorative justice practices in schools, social justice leadership.
